Uline is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead one of North America's largest print marketing programs, shaping customer engagement across 45,000+ products. Develop leaders across the department, oversee significant marketing investments and partner with executive leadership committed to long-term growth.

Position Responsibilities
  • Direct one of North America's largest print marketing programs, shaping strategy for catalogs, direct mail and print communications for 45,000+ products.
  • Lead and develop directors and managers across campaign execution, audience targeting, procurement, distribution and quality assurance to ensure high performance.
  • Oversee print production, paper sourcing and postage operations, driving efficiency, optimizing costs and improving program effectiveness.
  • Build strategic partnerships and negotiate agreements with print, paper, mailing and data vendors to ensure exceptional quality, service and value.
  • Partner with executive leaders across Creative, Merchandising, Sales and Finance to align print marketing initiatives and oversee $500M+ annual investment.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in catalog publishing, print marketing, direct mail or marketing operations.
  • 10+ years of experience leading managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Proven success negotiating vendor contracts, managing large-scale budgets and improving operational efficiency.
