Role Overview

The Senior Vice President, Equity Raising is a senior, externally focused leader responsible for originating new equity capital for the Company's private equity real estate platform for hospitality. This role serves as a front-line driver of growth, focused on sourcing, developing, and converting new investor relationships across high-net-worth (HNW), ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW), and family office channels.

This position is solely dedicated to new business development, pension funds and other sources of LP equity. The SVP will be accountable for generating equity commitments from new capital sources by effectively communicating the Company's investment strategy, development pipeline, historical performance, and risk-return profile.

Success in this role requires a proactive, high-activity origination mindset, strong market presence, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining close alignment with senior leadership on fundraising priorities, capital deployment pacing, and portfolio construction objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and secure new equity commitments from various equity sources
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective investors through direct outreach, networking, and industry engagement
  • Develop and execute a personal business plan to meet and exceed capital raising targets
  • Articulate the Company's investment strategy, track record, and market positioning with clarity and credibility
  • Lead investor meetings, presentations, and due diligence processes for prospective investors
  • Partner with senior leadership to align fundraising efforts with investment strategy and capital needs

Qualifications
