Job description

The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of Complete Care's enterprise marketing strategy in support of the organization's growth objectives. Reporting to the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer, this leader translates enterprise growth priorities into coordinated brand, communications, digital, creative, reputation, and recruitment marketing strategies that produce measurable results. The Vice President creates and leads an integrated Marketing organization, establishes consistent brand standards across the enterprise, and partners closely with Business Development, Operations, Human Resources, Clinical Leadership, and Executive Leadership to strengthen market position, support occupancy growth, engage internal and external audiences, and elevate the Complete Care brand.

Major Duties and Responsibilities of Vice President of Marketing
  • Develop and execute the enterprise marketing strategy in alignment with Complete Care's growth strategy and organizational priorities
  • Translate enterprise growth priorities into integrated marketing plans, campaigns, communications, and measurable deliverables
  • Create and lead one integrated Marketing organization with shared priorities, clear accountability, and consistent performance standards
  • Lead enterprise brand strategy and ensure consistent application of Complete Care's brand identity, voice, messaging, and standards across all locations and channels
  • Oversee Marketing & Creative Services, Brand & Communications, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, Reputation Management, and Employer Branding
  • Serve as the organization's senior marketing subject‑matter expert and advisor to the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer and Executive Leadership
  • Partner with Business Development and Operations to develop market‑specific marketing plans that support occupancy, referral growth, service line growth, and local market priorities
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns supporting referral development, consumer awareness, strategic partnerships, service offerings, and organizational initiatives
  • Oversee the organization's digital presence, including website strategy, search engine optimization, paid media, social media, email marketing, digital content, and online reputation
  • Lead public relations, media strategy, crisis communications, executive communications, and external messaging in partnership with Executive Leadership
  • Lead internal communications strategies that strengthen organizational alignment, employee engagement, and awareness of enterprise priorities
  • Partner with Human Resources and Recruiting to develop and execute recruitment marketing, employer branding, and employee value proposition strategies
  • Establish and maintain enterprise marketing standards, approval processes, campaign calendars, and service expectations for field and corporate stakeholders
  • Develop, manage, and optimize the marketing budget, vendor relationships, agency partnerships, and external resources
  • Develop and maintain a marketing performance scorecard measuring campaign effectiveness, marketing ROI, digital engagement, brand reputation, recruitment marketing performance
  • Use market intelligence, audience insights, competitive analysis, and performance data to guide marketing decisions and resource allocation
  • Evaluate and implement marketing technology, automation, analytics, and AI solutions that improve efficiency, personalization, and measurable results
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing Marketing team with strong succession planning and professional development
  • Represent Complete Care with industry partners, community organizations, media contacts, and other external stakeholders as appropriate
  • Participate in growth, operational, census, executive leadership, and strategic planning meetings and support special projects and enterprise initiatives

Required Qualifications of Vice President of Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum five years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including leading a multi‑functional marketing team
  • Healthcare, senior care, post‑acute care, or complex multi‑site organizational experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing enterprise marketing strategies that produced measurable business results
  • Experience leading brand, communications, digital marketing, public relations, creative services, reputation management, and marketing analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple marketing functions under one strategic vision and build strong partnerships with Operations and Business Development
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, vendors, agencies, marketing technology, and return‑on‑investment measurement
