Job Summary:

The VP of Sales will work closely with executive leadership to drive new business growth by bringing enterprise brands onto the platform. This role will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new business opportunities while expanding the company's enterprise customer base.


The VP of Sales will build upon the existing sales foundation to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen pipeline development, and support the company's go-to-market strategy. This is a highly hands-on role where the VP will personally lead strategic enterprise sales conversations, manage complex deal cycles, and build strong relationships with senior decision-makers at large organizations.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise brands and large organizations
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead strategic sales conversations with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial outreach through negotiation and contract execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders
  • Partner with executive leadership to support the company's go-to-market strategy and target enterprise customer segments
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and internal teams to incorporate market and client feedback into product development and strategy
  • Provide accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasting to leadership
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of closed deals to the client/onboarding team to support implementation and launch


A successful VP of Sales will have the following:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a demonstrated track record of personally closing large, complex deals
  • Experience selling into large enterprise organizations and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Payments or financial services industry experience
  • Experience selling white-label, embedded, or platform-based solutions to enterprise clients is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to build and manage a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong consultative and relationship-driven sales skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and succinctly
  • Experience working cross-functionally with legal, product, and internal stakeholders to negotiate and close mutually beneficial agreements
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment


In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected base salary range for this position is $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year; plus a very attractive commission plan upon achievement of defined goals. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location. This position is eligible for Company equity. Benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurances, unlimited paid time off, 401k plan w/company match.
