Location: Los Angeles, CA. Candidates must be available to work onsite at our office at least three days per week.

What You'll Be Doing:

    • Navigate complex stakeholder environments effectively, creating clarity and knowing when to steer or escalate.

    • Build trust across junior and senior client partners through proactive communication and strategic guidance.

    • Develop deep, authentic relationships across client organizations, ensuring Liquid Media is embedded as a true partner at every layer of the client organization.

    • Manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities that deepen partnerships and expand agency scope.

  • Campaign & Account Management

    • Oversee the execution of integrated creative marketing campaigns, including production and campaign activations that authentically engage gaming communities.

    • Oversee campaign delivery across budgets, timelines, and contracts, ensuring on-time, on-brief, and on-budget execution.

    • Manage day-to-day account operations, serving as the connective tissue between clients and internal creative, production, and operations teams.

    • Define and report on KPIs and performance insights for senior stakeholders, clearly communicating campaign impact and measurable ROI.

    • Anticipate risks, resolve blockers, and hold teams accountable to deliverables.

  • Team Leadership & Development

    • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Account personnel, fostering a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.

    • Set the standard for client service excellence across the team.

    • Collaborate across teams to remove silos and strengthen knowledge sharing.

    • Establish clear workflows that support smooth internal and external collaboration.

  • Budget Management

    • Own financial oversight across the client portfolio, managing budgets, scopes of work, and resource allocation.

    • Maintain strong budget discipline while ensuring teams have what they need to deliver exceptional work.

    • Partner with operations on billing, forecasting, and financial reporting at the account and agency level.

  • Business Growth

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities using client relationships and market insight.

    • Represent Liquid Media as a strategic partner in client and industry settings.

    • Represent Liquid Media externally as a senior face of the agency, helping strengthen the brand's profile through industry events, networking, and community presence.

What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client services within a creative or integrated marketing agency.

  • Proven track record in managing complex client relationships and large-scale campaign executions.

  • Strong experience managing and developing account teams in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Demonstrated financial acumen; comfortable owning budgets, scopes, and financial reporting at the account level.
