Red Seat Ventures, in partnership with FOX Corporation, is launching a new membership-based club centered around premium live entertainment experiences. This new venture will deliver curated, high-touch access to sports, entertainment, and cultural events across the country.

We're looking for a highly motivated and strategic marketing leader to build this brand from the ground up. As Vice President of Marketing, you'll define the brand identity and voice, develop marketing materials and content, and lead the go-to-market strategy. This is a rare opportunity to shape a category-defining business focused on a highly-valued audience - working alongside a seasoned leadership team and supported by one of the most respected names in media.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead strategy and execution of all marketing and brand activities, including developing a brand book, designing prospecting materials, and developing a voice for member communications
  • Design and build high-impact sales decks and customer pitch materials working collaboratively with the VP of Sales
  • Work cross-functionally with both Events and Sales teams to ensure all prospects and member-facing events fit within our voice and have proper marketing structure
  • Collaborate with the VP of Member Experience to develop and execute a full customer journey from first touch through hundredth experience
  • Lead content creation, including storytelling, social media, and video
  • Working in conjunction with outside partners, manage PR strategy and agency relationships for public launch and ongoing awareness
  • Over time, as the club grows, there will be the opportunity to hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 10+ years of brand marketing, with a proven track record of building or scaling brands in the luxury, lifestyle, or consumer space.
  • Strong instincts for storytelling, editorial development, and visual branding
  • Experience leading full-funnel marketing strategies with a performance mindset
  • Comfort operating in high-growth, early-stage, or launch environments
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
  • Track record of leadership across in-house teams and external partners

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Familiarity with hospitality, live entertainment, or premium membership services
  • Experience engaging high-net-worth audiences or elevated customer segments
  • Relationships within the luxury ecosystem - including media, PR, and partnerships

Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
