Job Summary: The Vice President of Service is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and overall performance of the Service Division. This role oversees sales growth, customer satisfaction, staffing, budgeting, and process optimization while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. The VP of Service collaborates closely with executive leadership, HR, finance, and operations to align division performance with organizational goals and long-term profitability.

Essential Functions
  • Lead the Service Division in achieving strategic and profitability goals, aligning with the company's long-term plan.
  • Analyze sales, financial, and operational performance to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. Partner with the CFO on financial oversight and performance metrics.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales and management talent to strengthen the service organization.
  • Oversee the design and execution of sales and marketing strategies that expand recurring maintenance and service revenue across all regions.
  • Collaborate with executive and departmental teams to resolve challenges, coordinate initiatives, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Partner with HR to design and implement workforce plans, oversee recruitment, and support leadership development and succession planning.
  • Strengthen management capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and training, ensuring leadership teams are equipped to deliver on both immediate and long-term goals.
  • Direct the development of effective budgeting, reporting, and administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide clear goals, performance expectations, and accountability measures to sales and operations staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education
  • MBA preferred or Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Energy Services.
  • Demonstrated success in field sales, marketing, and value-based selling in building services.
  • Superior verbal and written skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.
  • Skilled in leading crossโ€‘functional initiatives and managing complex projects.
  • Strong analysis and judgment skills.
  • Ability to influence, build consensus and navigate diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License required.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities; evening work may be required.
