Job description

Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a high-performing Sales Vice President, Data Center Solutions to drive new business growth and strategic account expansion within the rapidly growing data center sector. This individual contributor role will focus on selling integrated support services solutions, including Facilities Management and other critical workplace and technical support services, to enterprise data center clients.

The Sales Vice President will be responsible for national new logo acquisition, developing executive-level client relationships, leading complex sales pursuits, and securing large-scale, multi-year outsourcing agreements. This role works closely with operations, finance, marketing, and subject matter experts to deliver solutions that help clients achieve their operational and business objectives.

This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the continental United States and requires up to 50% travel to meet with clients, support business development activities, and lead strategic sales pursuits.IncentivesSalary plus commission, comprehensive benefit package, and remote work opportunity with travelWhat You'll DoNew Business Development & Market Growth
  • Identify, pursue, and win new enterprise data center clients.
  • Develop strategic sales plans and competitive pursuit strategies.

Complex Deal Leadership 
  • Lead large, multi-service sales pursuits and customized solution development.

Financial & Contract Leadership 
  • Develop pricing strategies, financial models, and business cases.

Pipeline & Sales Governance 
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM tools.
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and pursuit documentation.
