Job Description
Our Creative Directors are sharp, enthusiastic, hands-on leaders who galvanize their creative teams and constantly push to improve the creative output of the agency. They translate creative vision into inspiring and innovating creative concepts and digital initiatives. They develop significant client relationships and use these connections to help develop new business opportunities for the agency. They play a key role in the agency life, helping guide the strategic path of the company.
Responsibilities
  • Manage several creative teams (through the lens of an art background) across multiple clients' accounts
  • Participate in new business development, client presentations and selling creative concepts internally and externally
  • Effectively win pitches while managing large-scale, cross-channel deliverables
  • Continually optimize results for every piece of creative the team produces
  • Ensure high quality, strategy and integrity of all creative output
  • Communicate client and brand goals to creative teams
  • Recruit, train, develop and motivate staff to improve their potential
  • Effectively manage assigned timeframes and budgets, including staffing and hours allocation on all projects
  • Work with account services to foster client relationships
  • Participate in agency thought leadership, including external sources and agency presentations
  • Maintain knowledge of current technological developments

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of creative agency experience, including strong interactive/digital and multimedia experience with an art direction/design background
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare communications with strong DTC and HCP creative campaign chops
  • Award winning creative work/portfolio
  • Previous experience managing and leading teams
  • Familiarity with digital healthcare channels and executions
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to travel

Compensation Range: USD $180,215.00 - USD $299,637.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
