Overview

Here's what we expect from you: You are confident and capable of juggling several balls on a regular basis. You are the mentor, manager and motivator of a creative group. You effectively win pitches and gain client confidence as a leader who can be relied upon to manage large-scale, cross channel deliverables. Above all else, you and your team understand that achieving results in improving the creative product is the most important measure of success for Digitas Health. You continually review and optimize results for every piece of creative work your team produces. 

Responsibilities

This role as a Vice President, Creative Director at Digitas Health requires experience that includes a copywriting background. You should have at least ten or more years of experience in an advertising or interactive agency, leading the creative for websites, landing pages, productions and digital marketing (including Flash and multimedia) and direct marketing. Large, integrated cross channel campaigns and promotional experience are a must. You must also have solid management experience and come in ready to lead and develop a seasoned creative team. 

Qualifications
  • 10 + years of agency experience with primarily with a Copy background
  • HCP experience is required for this position
  • The ability to manage and nurture creative talent
  • A proven track record of pitching and winning new business
  • The ability to inspire others and work collaboratively
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and understanding of the responsibilities of an upper management position
  • The availability to travel to meet client and agency needs
  • The availability and commitment to work extra hours as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
