You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

 

Work You'll Do

As an Associate Vice President, Analytics and Insights on the OneStream Solutions team, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead the technical design of OneStream applications, including architecture, extensibility, customization, and integration components
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned to client and program objectives
  • Define and oversee complex integration approaches between OneStream and upstream or downstream enterprise systems
  • Mentor developers, review technical deliverables, and provide direction on development standards and solution design
  • Resolve escalated technical issues across design, build, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • 7+ years of experience leading technical design activities for enterprise application implementations
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred: 

  • Experience integrating OneStream with enterprise resource planning, data warehouse, or source systems
  • Experience supporting finance transformation, planning, consolidation, or reporting programs
  • Experience leading technical workstreams in a client-service environment
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $193,300 to $322,100.
