VP ASC Operationa Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration
  • Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in an ASC, surgical services, perioperative operations, or healthcare practice management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ASC regulations (AZDHS, QUAD A/AAAASF, CMS).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to manage operations, budgets, scheduling, and performance metrics.
VP ASC Operations Preferred Skills:
  • Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MSN, or related).
  • Experience in spine, pain management, or orthopedic ambulatory surgery.
  • CASC certification
  • Experience leading in a multi‑site or rapidly expanding healthcare organization.
