Encore Service Group is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Vice President to provide executive leadership across all self-parking, valet, and shuttle service operations for Encore Service Group. This role is responsible for strategic oversight, financial performance, client relationship management, and operational excellence throughout a multisite portfolio. This successful candidate will demonstrate deep industry expertise, exceptional business acumen, and a consistent record of driving organizational growth and service quality.

Executive Responsibilities
  • Executive Leadership — Establish and execute enterprise level operational strategies that ensure alignment, efficiency, and service consistency across all divisions.
  • Financial Management — Direct comprehensive P&L oversight, financial forecasting, cashflow management, and budget administration to support long-term fiscal stability.
  • Sales & Marketing Oversight — Guide the development and implementation of sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and client acquisition strategies to expand market presence.
  • Bidding & Contract Development — Lead the preparation of competitive bids, negotiate contract terms, and secure sustainable partnerships with commercial, municipal, and hospitality clients.
  • Client Satisfaction Governance — Maintain high standards of client service through structured communication, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Operational Excellence — Implement advanced operational systems, workforce management practices, and technology solutions to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience within the self-parking, valet, shuttle, and transportation services sector
  • Demonstrated mastery of forecasting, cashflow, P&L management, bidding, sales, and marketing
  • Proven leadership of large teams and multilocation operations
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities – Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, client focused environment
Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual Salary: $100,000.00
  • Quarterly Bonus: $10,000.00 yearly bonus structure (paid quarterly), contingent upon client satisfaction metrics and adherence to budget expectations
