Description
Quantum Sky is searching for a Vice President of Business Development, Intelligence Community. We are seeking a solution-oriented hunter to identify, pursue, and close new business with the Central Intelligence Agency. This role will focus on building a targeted $500M annual pipeline and winning $125M+ per year in new single-award opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, pursue, and close new single-award opportunities with the CIA for our offerings.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline leveraging Quantum Sky's prime contract vehicles.
  • Develop strategic relationships with senior level customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Serve as a player coach for all Intelligence community efforts to drive capture efforts, including qualification, Gate reviews, win strategy, value proposition, and pricing (including Price-to-Win).
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure innovative, deliverable solutions.
  • Close $125M in new business per year with your team.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree (business, technical, or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling new business into the CIA.
  • Proven record of winning at least 3 single-award opportunities valued at $75M+ each in the past 4 years, acting as the primary driver from identification to close.
  • Strong background in selling enterprise IT, network engineering, cybersecurity, or SW Dev for Intelligence customers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Competitive "hunter" mindset with willingness to travel.

Clearance:
  • FS Polygraph Clearance required.

Compensation:
  • Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $175,000 and $275,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
