The Assistant Vice President (AVP), Reporting & Analytics within Lifepoint Business Services (LBS) will lead Oracle, ServiceNow, and UKG related enterprise-wide reporting and analytics initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making across Finance, People Services, Supply Chain, and Master Data Management (MDM). This role will oversee delivery of reporting capabilities and development out of Oracle, ServiceNow, and UKG platforms, reporting governance, technology enablement, and integration strategies for Oracle reporting tools and related platforms, driving operational excellence and compliance in a healthcare environment.

How you'll contribute 

An Assistant Vice President (AVP) who excels in this role will provide:

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the enterprise reporting and analytics roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish governance frameworks for reporting standards, data quality, and integration processes.

Technology Oversight

  • Manage and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio).

  • Oversee Oracle EPM Cloud and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) enhancements, upgrades, and implementations.

  • Ensure seamless integration of reporting platforms with ERP, HR, and Supply Chain systems.

Analytics & Insights

  • Drive advanced analytics initiatives to support operational and financial performance.

  • Partner with business units to deliver dashboards, KPIs, and predictive models.

Master Data Governance

  • Serve as a key steward for Enterprise Data Management (EDM), centralizing reference data and chart of accounts to ensure consistency across ERP and EPM platforms

Advanced Analytics Delivery

  • Oversee the production of boardroom-ready financial statements, interactive Power BI or Tableau dashboards, and AI-driven variance analysis.

Data Integrity & Quality:

  • Establish policies for data cleansing and validation during migration or transformation cycles, moving the focus from simple "data loading" to "business readiness".

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead a team of reporting analysts and technical specialists.

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders for system enhancements and upgrades.

Compliance & Security

  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulatory requirements and data privacy standards

What we're looking for  


Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in information technology, data analytics, or related field with a Master's preferred. Additional requirements include:

Experience: 

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise reporting and analytics, with at least 5 years in leadership role.

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud OTBI,BI Publisher, FRS, EPM, FDI, UKG and Service Now.

  • Proven experience in governance, integration, and data strategy within healthcare or similar regulated industries. 

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Oracle Fusion Reporting certifications (OTBI/BIP/FRS)

  • Oracle EPM certifications (FCCS, Freeform)

  • Fusion Data Intelligence certification

  • Additional certifications in Azure Data Fabric, Power BI, or other analytics platforms are a plus.
