Responsibilities
  • Client Leadership: Serves as the strategic point of contact for clients in areas including creative and strategic 360 campaign development, brand reputation management and partnering with digital leads on influencer engagement strategies, while guiding day-to-day team leads in their client leadership.
  • Strategic Planning: Partners with the Vice President and other agency partners, as needed, overseeing all global and US brand activations and big picture programming planning and execution
  • Brand Collaboration & Partnerships: Leads brand collaboration, event strategy, and partnership initiatives with innovative thinking, leveraging robust talent recommendations and relationships to drive impactful campaigns and events. Ensures seamless integration with client objectives and brand identity for maximum effectiveness
  • Media Relations: Helps team continue to build and strengthen relationships with national media. Support by occasionally securing earned media placements in top outlets and new media platforms, focusing on marquee thought leadership and brand feature stories that enhance brand visibility and credibility while advising account teams on their pitching efforts and targets, and keeping them on track to meet client KPIs and grow in their skills.
  • Team Mentorship & Development: Supports the growth and advancement of multiple account teams through mentoring, development, and retention efforts
  • Business Development: Proactively identify new business leads and opportunities, developing proposals and presentations to secure new client partnerships
  • Financial Management: Manages the financial performance of their teams, holding them accountable for time and budget management for clients
Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: Brings at least eight years of experience in public relations and media relations
  • Leadership Skills: Experience mentoring and managing clients, account leaders and their teams, showcasing the ability to nurture talent and foster growth within a team environment while also managing large events/programs
  • Media & Industry Landscape Mastery: Possesses an in-depth understanding of the media landscape and the lifestyle, spirits, luxury and entertainments industries.
