Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and marinating.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, ovens, and knives.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Participate in daily kitchen prep tasks and maintain stock levels for all stations.
