The Operations Manager spends a minimum of 50% of their time conducting on-site offshore visits and provides leadership, oversight, and support to site management teams.
Candidates must reside in the Southeast region of the country.

- Oversee operations, staffing, safety, and service standards across assigned offshore locations
- Conduct monthly site visits and complete required operational and compliance reports
- Ensure all staff meet PPE, training, and client-specific credential requirements (e.g., Rig Pass, TWIC, HUET/METS)
- Support and supervise site managers (Camp Boss/Chef Manager) on staffing, scheduling, training, performance, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards, including food safety and sanitation
- Partner with client leadership on-site to ensure service alignment with contractual expectations
- Oversee inventory management, menu planning, and labor and food cost controls
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for offshore teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Experience managing operations, teams, and compliance in remote or offshore environments preferred
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health and safety standards (ServSafe preferred)
- Ability to travel extensively and work in offshore, rotational environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational/inventory systems
- Ability to work extended schedules, including holidays, in remote locations
