As the Manager Volunteer Services for Community Hospital San Bernardino, you will implement volunteer programs and training programs in order to assist staff to uphold the mission, vision and values of Dignity Health. In this role you will manage the recruiting, training and scheduling of volunteers, and provide volunteers for community outreach activities.

You will also be responsible for community benefits programs and submitting quarterly data including annual community benefits reports.

  • Experience in project management, event planning, budget administration and program development required.
