Job Summary: 

Are you looking to get your “foot in the door” in the hospitality industry? Are you interested in working and living in Grand Teton National Park, while additionally enjoying a multi-cultural work environment? Are you looking for an Experience of a Lifetime? If you answered “Yes” to these questions, this position is great for you!

The Night Auditor is responsible for greeting and welcoming guests to the Grand Teton Lodge Company properties at night, checking guests in and out of rooms, creating reports for operations and accounting needs, and creating a lifetime experience for guests. Typically works 40 hours per week during the night shift (11pm - 7am). 

Job Specifications:  

  • Starting Wage: $19/hr  
  • Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 
  • Outlets: Jackson Lake Lodge, Colter Bay Village, Jenny Lake Lodge, and Flagg Ranch." 
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available 
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age  
  • Housing Availability: Yes 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Must consistently provide legendary hospitality experiences to internal and external guests.
  • Checking guests in and out of rooms in our property management system. 
  • Being available to deliver towels, blankets, rollaways, and all other guest-requested items, and answering any guest inquiries.
  • Understand all applicable emergency response procedures outlined in the Hotel Operator (PBX) operating manual.
  • Expected to effectively communicate any issues from the overnight shift with hotel management the next morning.
  • Posting charges for third-party companies.
  • Post room and tax charges to guest accounts and update the Management System to the following day.
  • Assist income Auditors as needed and cover other Auditors' days off at other locations if needed.
  • Take and make wake up calls to guests utilizing our brand standards procedure.
  • All employees will actively participate in training, observe company policies and procedures, and promote all company values relative to protecting the natural environment.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area, and the lobby, business center including dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: 

  • Valid US Driver’s License – Preferred
  • Good working knowledge of computers
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English - Required

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a front desk position – Preferred
  • Previous hotel/hospitality experience – Preferred
  • Strong communication skills - Required
  • Ability to perform well under pressure - Required
  • Knowledge of a property management system (Visual One desirable)
