POSITION OVERVIEW
• Mission-driven outpatient Physician Assistant opportunity serving a rural Northern California community
• Panel-based primary care role focused on managing acute and chronic medical conditions
• Integrated care environment with strong RN, MA, behavioral health, and specialty support
• Opportunity to practice meaningful medicine while living surrounded by mountains, rivers, and forest land

SCHEDULE
• Full-time outpatient schedule
• 5x8 shift structure
• Outpatient-only primary care environment
• No inpatient responsibilities
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Annual base salary: $148,627.20 – $168,553.60
• $12,400 annual access bonus paid biweekly for panel target achievement
• Up to $44,000 annual production bonus potential
• Partnership eligible sign-on and retention structure available
• Alternative non-partnership compensation structure available
• $10,000 relocation reimbursement
• Additional $10,000 relocation assistance for qualifying family relocation
• 29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
• $5,000 annual professional expense credit for licensing, DEA, CME, and equipment
• Laptop and cell phone provided
• Language differential pay available for Spanish-speaking providers
• NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility ranging from $75,000–$300,000
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide outpatient primary care services to diverse patient populations
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions within collaborative care environment
• Partner closely with integrated care teams including MAs, RN support, behavioral health, and specialty resources
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
• Deliver compassionate, mission-driven healthcare to underserved rural populations

Requirements:

• Active California Physician Assistant license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
• DEA registration REQUIRED or ability to obtain
• Outpatient primary care experience strongly preferred
• Three or more years of outpatient experience preferred
• Commitment to rural and underserved community healthcare REQUIRED
• Strong collaboration and communication skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable managing patient panels independently within team-based environment REQUIRED
• Mission-driven mindset and compassionate care approach REQUIRED
