Sares Regis Group of Newport Beach, California, is a privately held real estate development, investment and management firm that focuses on commercial properties and multifamily communities in the western U.S. Since its founding in 1993, SRG has developed and acquired more than $7 billion in commercial and residential assets. The company manages a combined portfolio of approximately 25 million square feet of office and industrial space and 42,000 apartment units.
 
**SENIOR REGIONAL MANAGER - LOS ANGELES**
 
SRG is seeking an experienced property management professional to oversee one of our Los Angeles portfolios. This person will be directly responsible for the overall management, administration, operations and financial performance of assigned multi-family portfolio. They will also act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations.
 
Must have the following qualifications in order to be considered:
  • 3+ years experience with high rise, lease-ups, and the Los Angeles market 
  • Experience with business development and pre-development a plus
  • 5+ years managerial experience
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Strong financial background
  • Must be able to travel 80% of the time.
  • CA real estate license required or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Salary range is $160,000-$180,000/year plus bonus.  We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
