C.C. Creations, the largest printing and embroidery company in the state of Texas, is hiring a SCREEN DEPARTMENT TEAM MEMBER to join an ambitious and growing team. C.C. Creations has been in business for 40 years and has since grown to 500+ employees. Grow with us and be a part of our legacy in our state-of-the-art production facility!

Positions in the Screen Department include Screen Department Operator and Screen Print Reclaimer.

What will you do as a Screen Department Operator?

  • Operate Emulsion Coating machine
  • Operate Eco-Rinse machine
  • Operate I-Image machine
  • Determine priority orders based on order due dates
  • Collaborate with the Art Department
  • Read and understand all components of an order
  • Prepare and perform quality control of screens
  • Properly clean screens to ensure high quality products
  • Maintain machines
  • Monitor chemical levels
  • Maintain service logs
  • Assist the Screen Maintenance Department as necessary
  • Cross-train to assist with other Screen Department duties

What will you do as a Screen Print Reclaimer in the Screen Cleaner role?

  • Thoroughly clean screens by removing excess ink and tape
  • Sort screens by mesh count
  • Gather used screens for reclaiming
  • Ensure cleanliness of the equipment
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures
  • Provide back-up to the Squeegee/Flood Bar Cleaner when necessary

What will you do as a Screen Print Reclaimer in the Squeegee/Flood Bar Cleaner role?

  • Thoroughly clean flood bars and squeegees by removing excess ink
  • Make components available for the next job by loading the drying rack
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Provide back-up to the Screen Cleaner when necessary

Additional Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary
  • Ability to learn and apply necessary safety precautions when using cleaning chemicals
  • Physical ability to lift 15-20 pounds consistently
  • Physical ability to walk/stand 8+ hours on concrete surfaces
