Pre-Litigation Case Manager/Paralegal (In-House)
Seeking a full-time in-house Pre-Litigation Case Manager/Paralegal to meaningfully contribute to the growth & success of our rapidly expanding plaintiff personal injury practice in Teaneck, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized & compassionate legal professional with at least two years' experience. You will manage a full caseload under the supervision of attorneys, acting as the key point of contact for clients, providers, & insurers throughout the life of a case.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Maintain frequent and compassionate communication with clients regarding case status, treatment progress, & legal steps;
• Heavy phone contact with providers & insurance carriers; and
• Drafting correspondence & other pre-litigation-related documents.
Qualifications
• Minimum two years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law (required);
• Strong understanding of New Jersey tort law, court procedures, and e-filing systems;
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
• Proficient in legal case management software;
• Ability to multitask, work independently, & stay organized in a fast-paced environment;
• Treat others with respect & contribute to a positive team environment;
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word & PDF conversion software. Excel and PowerPoint experience is necessary;
• Knowledge of New Jersey Local & State discovery rules; and
• Organizational skills & attention to detail.
