  • Partner with business stakeholders and external client contacts to understand data requirements and resolve issues
    • Work closely with an Implementation Lead (an internal business partner) to coordinate end client implementation
      • Support the Lead's business acumen with technical depth as appropriate
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams on technical aspects such as file transfers, encryption, and data processing
  • Analyze and map data across formats such as CSV, XML, EDI, or other structured file types
  • Troubleshoot data issues and ensure timely resolution of integration challenges
  • Proactively communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement of data integration processes and workflows

Required Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis, data integration, data mapping or related roles
  • Strong business communication skills and presence with the ability to interface directly with stakeholders and clients
  • Experience working with data formats such as CSV, XML, EDI or similar structured data and file integrations
    • Prior experience with EDI 820s, 835/837, 270/271, 999 or similar types is a huge plus
  • Understanding of data transfer methods (e.g., SFTP) and basic security concepts (e.g., encryption)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end responsibilities
  • Experience in insurance or healthcare domains is preferred, especially voluntary benefits or supplemental health
