Job Description We are seeking an EPIC Optimization Consultant to oversee daily operations for the Resolute Professional Billing (PB) team in partnership with a team manager. The consultant will provide expert guidance, manage implementation resources, and drive continuous optimization and stability of the PB system. The ideal candidate will hold Epic Resolute PB certification, demonstrate leadership capability, and possess a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle. This role requires consulting experience and deep EPIC knowledge to review workflows, system design, and adoption, and to recommend strategies that improve efficiency and best practice adoption. The schedule will be 8 hours per day with an increase to 12-hour shifts during soft go-live and activation between mid-October and the end of November. Travel onsite may be required for go-live support during this period. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Resolute PB team with the team manager. Provide expert guidance on Epic Resolute PB workflows, system design, and adoption. Manage implementation resources to meet project timelines and quality standards. Recommend optimization strategies to improve revenue cycle performance and best practice adoption. Monitor system stability, triage issues, and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders. Support soft go-live and activation, including extended shift coverage as scheduled. Required Skills & Qualifications: Epic Resolute PB certification with hands-on optimization and post-implementation experience. Proven leadership in healthcare revenue cycle operations and project delivery. Consulting experience assessing workflows, system configuration, and adoption. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder communication ability. Availability for 8-hour shifts with flexibility to work 12-hour shifts during go-live and to travel onsite as required between mid-October and end of November. Preferred Skills: Experience leading Epic PB stabilization and revenue cycle optimization initiatives. Background coordinating go-live command center activities and cutover planning. Why TSR?
