Job description

Ocean Spray is hiring a Data Visualization Analyst. The role is designed to help commercial teams extract, summarize, and visualize relevant past performance metrics to drive future performance.

Responsibilities
  • Work across multiple business teams to learn how they operate and understand insights needed for decision making.
  • Analyze information from multiple data sources, both external and internal, to identify business drivers that affect growth and efficiency.
  • Design reports, tools, and tracking mechanisms.
  • Translate ideas into tangible outputs.
  • Deliver insights using Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud visualization techniques.
  • Translate business needs into actionable reporting and visualization through rapid prototyping and storytelling.
  • Build models and design experiments that uncover insights driving performance.
  • Analyze complex data—unstructured, semi‑structured, and structured—to drive insights.
  • Participate actively in designing creative ways to use data for commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with internal IT, business teams, and external vendors to design and scale workflows, templates, and dashboards.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; preferably with a focus on data visualization.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI (preferred) and Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, cross‑functional, fast‑paced organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and insights to business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the CPG industry is a plus.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills.

Salary: Annual salary range $87,400 – $120,230.
