Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an experienced AV Engineer to support the activation of a large-scale, state-of-the-art facility while also providing ongoing enterprise audiovisual support. This hands-on role will focus on AV system readiness, installation validation, commissioning, troubleshooting, digital signage, and day-to-day operational support. The ideal candidate has experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise collaboration technologies, managing incidents through a ticketing platform, and working directly with end users, vendors, and project teams. Candidates should be comfortable in fast-paced environments, capable of identifying and resolving technical issues before go-live, and passionate about delivering reliable, high-quality collaboration experiences. Experience with facility activations, healthcare or large corporate environments, ServiceNow, Logitech, Crestron, Q-SYS, and digital signage solutions is highly preferred. This opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in a major technology deployment with potential for long-term growth.


Required Skills:


3+ years of enterprise AV support experience in healthcare, corporate, higher education, or similarly complex environments.


Hands-on troubleshooting of:



  • Conference room AV systems

  • Video conferencing technologies

  • Displays and digital signage

  • Cameras, microphones, speakers, and control systems


Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise collaboration technologies.


Experience managing incidents and service requests within a ticketing platform (preferably ServiceNow).


Ability to perform AV system testing, validation, and commissioning activities.


Ability to read and interpret:



  • Floor plans

  • AV drawings

  • Reflected ceiling plans

  • Installation documentation


Knowledge of AV infrastructure including control systems, audio systems, displays, and network-connected AV devices.


Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.


Strong customer service, documentation, communication, and vendor coordination skills.


Comfortable working onsite in construction, healthcare, and facility activation environments.


Desired Skills:


ServiceNow experience.


Microsoft Teams Rooms administration and support.


Logitech Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, Tap Controllers, Teams Panels experience.


Crestron and Crestron Flex experience.


Q-SYS / QSC audio and control platform experience.


Digital signage experience, including Skykit platforms.


Commercial display support (LG, Samsung, LED video walls).


Facility activation, commissioning, installation QA, and go-live support experience.


Hypercare support experience following major deployments.


Healthcare technology or hospital environment experience.


Basic networking and AV-over-IP troubleshooting experience.


Asset management, lifecycle tracking, and technical documentation experience.


CTS, CTS-I, or other AV industry certifications.
