As a Spanish pastor, you fulfill the responsibilities of being a church leader for a Spanish speaking community. Your duties include helping with outreach and evangelism, supporting bible studies and other programs, preparing for worship, leading church services, assisting with the youth group, and providing leadership to church members. You may also visit church members in their homes or hospitals, perform wedding and funeral ceremonies, and offer prayer and assistance when needed. You can be a Spanish pastor at a Hispanic church or a mixed church with many Spanish speakers.
