Job description

Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare management company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting and hiring operations for healthcare, contact center, and corporate positions. This role is responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing recruiting activities, and supporting hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners closely with hiring managers and Human Resources leadership to identify staffing needs, maintain recruiting pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for operational, healthcare, and corporate positions
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting platforms
  • Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting documentation
  • Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and recruitment outreach activities
  • Partner with management to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring status updates to leadership
  • Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment activities as needed
  • Maintain compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations
  • Assist with recruiting projects and workforce planning initiatives

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare, contact center, or high-volume environments preferred
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
  • Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting systems
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices preferred
