Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to provide updates and feedback
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires
  • Collaborate with team members to identify staffing needs
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates
  • Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in HR or related field is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
