Job description

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will perform both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on industrial production equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses heavily on hydraulics, pneumatics, and 480-volt 3-phase electrical systems, while also requiring the ability to read blueprints and schematics and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.

Essential Skills

  • At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar heavy industrial environment.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, particularly with hydraulic systems.
  • Proven experience working with pneumatic systems in an industrial setting.
  • Hands-on experience with 480-volt 3-phase electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Demonstrated experience with PLC troubleshooting and repair of programmable logic controller-based equipment.
  • Solid understanding of industrial safety practices and procedures when working with high-voltage and heavy machinery.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong teamwork mindset with a “get the job done” attitude and willingness to support team members.

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $83200.00/yr.

Direct hire, with benefits offered. Any hours worked over 56 hours in given week = Double Time
