Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Leadership: Build, manage and nurture long-term relationships with key customers, acting as a trsted advisor to drive mutual growth and align GIS solutions with client needs.
  • Sales Ownership & Growth: Manage the full sales cycle across new and existing accounts -identifying opportunities, negotiating value propositions, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Customer Inight & Market Alignment: Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable input for Product, Marketing and Strategy to enhance customer-centric offerings.
  • Account Planning & Expansion: Develop tailored account and producto roadmaps, driving upsell, cross-sell, and expansion initiatives to increase producto adoption and revenue.
  • Operational & Process Excellence: Ensure structured, scalable account coverage and support continuous improvement of sales processes and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Product , Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal tea,s to ensure seamless delivery, renewals and sustained customer satisfaction. Steer and support regional sales teams to ensure consistent commercial performance, goal achievement, and process adherence.

Profile:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets with strong result orientations and measurable success in value-based selling.
  • String strategic mindet with a focus on sustainable business development and long-term customer growth.
  • Excellent acquisition skills with a hunter mentality, complemented by a strctured and strategic sales approach.
  • Relationship-driven personality with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to key accounts.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling clear customer engagement, effective negotiations, and strong cross-functional alignment.
  • High process discipline, transparency in sales management, and strong analytical thinking.
  • Experience in managing the full sycle, including opportunity identification, negotiation, and pipeline management.
