Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of Professional Services engagements for enterprise customers. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer business outcomes.

Job Description

What You'll Do

Own and manage multiple Professional Services engagements from kickoff through completion

Ensure delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations

Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact

Develop and maintain project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams

Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations

Ensure adherence to Professional Services processes and standards

Support pre-sales and identify expansion opportunities

What Success Looks Like

High customer satisfaction and strong stakeholder relationships

Consistent on-time, on-budget delivery

Minimal escalations through proactive risk management

Effective coordination across teams

Contribution to revenue growth and expansion

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years in engagement/project/program management

8-10+ years in Professional Services or enterprise delivery

Experience managing complex, multi-workstream deployments

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in enterprise SaaS, security, or IoT environments

Experience with global deployments

PMP or equivalent certification
