 Description:

Experience working with Microsoft Lync (2010, 2013) 

Certifications related to Microsoft Lync Server 2010 or 2013

Design and implement Microsoft Lync 2013 and Enterprise Voice and web conferencing solution

Ability to design, implement, and manage VoIP solutions, Microsoft Exchange, Unified Messaging Microsoft Lync Server 2010, 2013 servers

Experience with Microsoft Lync Voice, Audio codes and other telecommunications provider solutions desired 

Stay current with new Microsoft conferencing/collaboration technologies and architectures

Good hands on experience on Lync resilience servers and capacity planning

Microsoft Lync troubleshooting and support post implementation 

Working with the engineering team to solve integration issues 

Direct client facing consulting experience 

Technical background in the area of Microsoft infrastructure, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 messaging, networking, storage, and Microsoft Windows Server

Demonstrated ability to problem solve, identify alternative solutions, and communicate best practices 

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft's messaging and collaboration products, including Exchange Unified Messaging 

Strong research skills, excellent interpersonal skills in working with others 

Professional presentation and communications skills
