Location: Pontiac, MI
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Minimum 2 Days Onsite per Week
Duration: 5-Year Ongoing Project

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server Services, Workstation Services, Microsoft 365/O365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility for project assignments and can effectively work with technical and business stakeholders. The BSA will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business requirements through stakeholder interviews, process analysis, and evaluation of existing business systems.

The candidate will apply strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support project objectives and ensure deliverables are completed according to defined requirements and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from project stakeholders.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and analyze existing business processes and systems.
  • Support multiple infrastructure-related projects and assignments simultaneously.
  • Perform data analysis and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Design and recommend technology solutions based on business and technical requirements.
  • Develop detailed technical and functional requirements documentation.
  • Participate in testing, implementation, and validation of technology solutions.
  • Conduct research to support project initiatives and technology decisions.
  • Develop procedures and recommendations to improve existing systems and processes.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users.
  • Develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Contract Scope of Deliverables.
  • Identify project issues, obstacles, and opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, technical, business, and service teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and according to requirements.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience using the Microsoft 365 (M365) Productivity Suite.
  • Experience working on IT Infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize work across multiple active projects and assignments.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering an excellent end-user experience.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including:
