Job description

We are seeking a Cisco Voice Engineer with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Teams Voice to join our team. This role involves supporting large-scale enterprise environments with a mix of Cisco UC/Collaboration, Microsoft Teams Voice, and network/security infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Deploy, configure, and maintain 1,000+ Cisco Catalyst switches and 1,000+ wireless access points.
โ€ข Administer and optimize Cisco 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
โ€ข Configure and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM - On-Prem).
โ€ข Deploy and integrate Microsoft Teams Voice, including Direct Routing, SBCs (Cisco CUBE, AudioCodes, Ribbon), and hybrid voice environments.
โ€ข Manage and support Cisco Webex (Cloud) and Webex Contact Center.
โ€ข Configure and troubleshoot Cisco FTD with FMC, and FortiGate firewalls with FortiManager.
โ€ข Provide operational support for Juniper switchgear and Mist Wireless.
โ€ข Troubleshoot SIP trunks, dial plans, voice gateways, and PSTN connectivity.
โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, compliance, and security across all voice and network systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
โ€ข 8-10 years of enterprise networking and collaboration experience.
โ€ข Strong hands-on expertise with:
โ€ข Cisco UC/Collaboration (CUCM, Unity, Webex, SIP, Contact Center)
โ€ข Microsoft Teams Voice (Direct Routing, SBCs, hybrid deployments)
โ€ข Cisco Catalyst, 9800 WLC, ISE
โ€ข Cisco FTD/FMC and FortiGate/FortiManager
โ€ข Juniper switchgear + Mist Wireless
โ€ข Deep understanding of VoIP protocols, SIP, dial plans, voice gateways.
โ€ข Experience with large-scale rollouts (1,000+ devices).
โ€ข Certifications such as CCNP Collaboration, Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer Associate, Fortinet NSE, or JNCIP preferred.
