IT Project Manager

Manage all aspects of technology projects and act as technology liaison across our portfolio of businesses.

Job Description:

The IT Project Manager is responsible for the scoping, development, execution, budgeting and delivery of technology-focused projects. This includes consulting/ needs assessment and discovery, solution development and/or research and working with internal and external teams to deliver the desired outcomes of projects on time and on budget. When applicable this position will develop/ participate in/ provide documentation and/or training to support projects and ongoing technology operations. The position will participate in the defining of requirements for the business and selection of technology solutions.

The candidate would also be an escalation point of contact for both internal clients and vendor resources to assist with operational technology issues that may arise. The position will include up to 50% travel to visit project locations before/ during/ after work to ensure scope is accurate and quality expectations are met. A successful applicant should have a good understanding of and/or experience with low voltage standards including data cabling, voice systems (and wiring) and network infrastructure. Further, knowledge and experience with electronic access control, video surveillance and nurse call systems is preferred.
