Job description

Hiring: HR Assistant Specialist (Onsite)

Location: Norwood, MA 02062
Pay Rate: $30.60/hr on W2 (All Inclusive)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Important Requirement:
This position requires occasional local travel using your personal vehicle for work-related HR support activities. Approved mileage and travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Manage requisitions and coordinate with hiring managers
• Screen candidates and assist with interview scheduling
• Work with ATS/VMS systems, including IQ Navigator (preferred)
• Generate HR and workforce planning reports
• Provide system support and training to HR teams and end users
• Collaborate with MSP and HR teams on reporting and process support

Requirements:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or coordination experience
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or similar
• Exposure to VMS/MSP tools (IQ Navigator preferred)
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Comfortable with reporting and administrative HR responsibilities
