Job Title: HR Assistant Specialist with Driving – 35844
Location: WEST YARMOUTH, Massachusetts 02673
Duration: Jun 1, 2026 – Dec 31, 2026
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30.60/hr on W2 (All Inclusive)
Work Type: Onsite

Important Note:
This role requires occasional local travel using your own vehicle for HR support tasks. Approved mileage/travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Job Responsibilities:
• Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Work with ATS/VMS systems (IQ Navigator / IQN preferred)
• Manage requisitions and coordinate with hiring managers
• Screen candidates and assist with interview scheduling
• Generate HR and workforce planning reports
• Provide support and training to HR teams and end users
• Coordinate with MSP and HR teams for reporting and operational support

Required Skills:
• 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or coordination experience
• Experience with ATS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS
• Exposure to VMS/MSP tools preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable handling HR reporting and administrative tasks
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
