Job description

NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. It's a unique legacy of innovation that's fueled by great technology-and amazing people. Today, we're tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what's never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world's best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you'll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world!

NVIDIA is leading the way in groundbreaking developments in Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing and Visualization. The GPU, our invention, serves as the visual cortex of modern computers and is at the heart of our products and services. Our work opens up new universes to explore, enables amazing creativity and discovery, and powers what were once science fiction inventions from artificial intelligence to autonomous cars. NVIDIA is looking for phenomenal people like you to help us accelerate the next wave of artificial intelligence. We serve as the central program management function for NVIDIA's VLSI Engineering organization, providing the structure and insight needed to deliver world-class silicon. We align roadmaps across all silicon product lines, enabling technical leads to focus on engineering while we accelerate end-to-end execution. Through the integration of domain-specific workflows and intelligent infrastructure, we deliver automated schedule tracking, resource planning, and program health visibility across the full lifecycle-from Arch/RTL handoff through silicon bring-up and productization. We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager with a strong engineering foundation and a passion for automation to join this dynamic and innovative team! In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional project management and ground breaking software development. Your mission is to leverage Agentic AI and Python to automate project management methodologies, creating a self-governing infrastructure for our silicon roadmaps

What You'll be Doing:

  • Translate complex VLSI project management methodologies into highly scalable, full-stack software solutions.

  • Develop, containerize (eg: Kubernetes, Docker), and maintain AI-driven agents to automate routine project management tasks such as schedule tracking, resource mapping and dependency mapping

  • Partner with VLSI Program Managers and Engineering Leads to assess how work gets done, systematically upgrading processes from undocumented, manual tasks into measured baselines, and ultimately into robust, self-improving automated systems

  • Use Python, modern web frameworks, and AI-assisted environments (like Cursor, Claude, Codex, etc.) to build internal tools and API integrations that seamlessly ingest lab and engineering data into real-time program health dashboards.

  • Reduce manual overhead for technical leads by implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for our internal project management tooling

What We Need to See:

  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience (Masters preferred)

  • 5+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years of project or program management experience, backed by a solid technical/engineering foundation.

  • Proficiency in Python is mandatory. You should have robust full-stack and DevOps experience (Kubernetes, containerization, cloud infrastructure) and be comfortable using AI-assisted coding environments.

  • Proven experience or strong interest in deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks to solve operational bottlenecks.

  • Deep understanding of organizational workflow maturity-the ability to identify process gaps, add necessary telemetry, and engineer the transition from manual playbooks to reliable code.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you must maintain composure while embracing rapid changes in AI technology.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Prior experience in Hardware Project Management or exposure to the ASIC/SoC development lifecycle.

  • Advanced experience with API integrations between project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira) and custom full-stack applications.

  • Background in data engineering or building automated KPI dashboards.

Widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package. We have some of the most brilliant and talented people in the world working for us and, due to unprecedented growth, our world-class engineering teams are growing fast. If you're a creative and autonomous engineer with real passion for technology, we want to hear from you. As you plan your future, see what we can offer to you and your family www.nvidiabenefits.com/
