• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health statuses and needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and preferences.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing evidence-based, solution-focused methodologies to help them navigate their challenges.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a convenient and effective experience for clients.

Our clients face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. As a Mental Health Counselor at Viva Wellness, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to their specific needs. Your contributions directly influence positive client outcomes and enhance overall community mental health.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal rapport.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload.

While not mandatory, experience working in a remote teletherapy setting can be beneficial. We encourage candidates with familiarity in various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to apply.
