Work Environment

Located in the community-centric Forest Hills area, our outpatient clinic provides a supportive and dynamic work environment. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts to accommodate special events and patient needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative duties such as scheduling patient appointments, ensuring timely updates to electronic health records (EHR), and maintaining precise medical documentation.
  • Conduct thorough patient intakes by warmly greeting patients, gathering detailed medical histories, and preparing them for their visits, ensuring that they feel comfortable and informed.
  • Assist physicians during examinations, minor procedures, and surgeries, demonstrating proficiency in operating medical instrumentation while ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the procedure area.
  • Collect and process specimens for laboratory tests, ensuring meticulous documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Administer medications, including injections, under physician supervision, while prioritizing patient safety and compliance with medical directives.
  • Perform basic clinical tests, including urinalysis and blood glucose monitoring, accurately interpreting results and assisting in the management of patients' care plans.
  • Educate patients regarding medication usage, prepare them for upcoming procedures, and provide general wellness guidance, fostering an environment of patient empowerment and engagement.
  • Maintain examination rooms in accordance with hygiene standards, ensuring that medical supplies are stocked and that instruments are properly sterilized.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to streamline patient care processes and enhance clinical outcomes through effective communication and teamwork.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits
