OPEN MINDS mission is to provide organizations serving these consumers with the market and management knowledge needed to improve their organizational efficiency and effectiveness.


The OPEN MINDS Marketing/Social Media Manager is an integral part of the Market Intelligence team, responsible for the design, development, and successful execution of marketing, content, and design strategies for meeting goals in the Market Intelligence business unit.


This role leads the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for OPEN MINDS educational initiatives across digital, social, email, web, and print channels. The Marketing/Social Media Manager is responsible for developing compelling event positioning, promotional messaging, creative assets, and audience engagement strategies designed to drive registrations, strengthen brand visibility, and support business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of monthly and yearly marketing plans to promote executive education throughout the year to meet goals.
  • Lead the development and ongoing optimization of executive education landing pages, digital content, and web experiences using SEO and audience engagement best practices to increase traffic, conversion, and registrations.
  • Manage daily maintenance of the company's executive education web pages using WordPress with updates and changes.
  • Produce analytics and ROI reports for all online marketing and lead generation activities, where applicable.
  • Create and manage high-impact marketing campaigns and promotional assets across email, social media, web, paid advertising, print, and on-site event channels.
  • Develop compelling marketing copy and promotional content, including session descriptions, email campaigns, press releases, social media content, digital ads, brochures, signage, and executive-facing marketing materials.


Requirements:


  • Three or more years of demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in professional services, events, health care, behavioral health, education, or related industries
  • Demonstrated experience developing and coordinating successful outbound email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp experience preferred)
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills, with the ability to translate complex industry concepts into clear, compelling marketing materials for executive audiences
  • Proficiency in modern marketing and design platforms, including Figma (preferred), Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and other digital content creation tools
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, communications, healthcare, journalism, graphic design, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to travel to OPEN MINDS and industry events throughout the year
