Familiarity with vineyard management software, GIS mapping tools, and pest control certifications is common in the industry. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective communication with team members and stakeholders are valuable soft skills. These competencies are crucial for optimizing grape quality, ensuring sustainable vineyard practices, and supporting wine production excellence.
