The Store Visual Lead is responsible for the Store's visual presentation and daily visual support.
A day in the life... • Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage. • Demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to the customer experience through merchandising, display, and outfitting to create a compelling store environment. • Works daily on merchandise placement and standards to maintain sales floor product integrity that optimizes customer experience. • Accountable for bringing Lilly Pulitzer's operational and visual strategy to life in store. • Oversees and supports execution of key operational and visual processes. • Responsible for leading floorsets, visual updates and submitting photo uploads. • Responsible for recovery, replenishment, and updates due to sell-through or non-productive merchandise • Provide continuous feedback to the store management team on store product selling opportunities and successes. • Collaborates with Store Manager and works cross-functionally with corporate visual partners, as directed, to support organizational goals. • Understand, embrace, and exhibit the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer
