Role Overview

The Visual Content & Social Media Specialist is very execution focused. You’ll work closely with leadership to take high-level ideas, messaging, and direction and turn them into polished, on-brand content — especially video and social.

If you’re someone who can take a brief and run with it, enjoys getting into the details of editing, and cares about how content performs, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

· Partner with leadership to understand direction and messaging, then bring those ideas to life across video, graphics, and social content

· Edit and produce short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

· Design graphics and visual assets for social, digital campaigns, email, and web

· Own and maintain a consistent social content calendar

· Contribute to brainstorms and content planning conversations

· Make sure everything you produce aligns with brand standards and feels cohesive

· Keep up with social trends, platform changes, and emerging creative styles

· Learn and tell stories within a fast-moving, emerging industry

Requirements:

What You Bring

· 2–4 years of experience in design, video editing, social content, or a similar role

· A portfolio of relevant work (required)

· Strong Canva skills; experience with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a big plus

· Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (like RunwayML, Claude, etc.)

· A solid understanding of design fundamentals — layout, typography, color, composition

· Ability to take direction and execute without needing a lot of back-and-forth

· Self-starter mindset — you take ownership of your work and follow things through

· Good communication and time management

· Curiosity about new technology and willingness to learn

Who Thrives Here

You care about doing good work and seeing it make an impact. You're comfortable with clear direction and take pride in executing it well. You thrive on small teams where your contributions are visible and your work actually matters.

We're growing, and there's real room to grow with us. If you're energized by the space we're in — autonomous delivery, robotics, drones — you'll have no shortage of compelling stories to help tell!

At this time, we are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
