We are seeking a Videographer that will be scheduled to work approxiametly 30 hours per week.   You will be responsible for project management and full execution of video and animation projects that educate and inform Old National team members, clients, and community members about the Old National brand and a variety of other topics related to Old National Bank. This includes creatively managing, shooting, editing, and producing final video content for a variety of purposes and channels, including Old National’s social media channels and our website, oldnational.com. In addition to producing content as part of Old National’s Communications and Culture team, the videographer will periodically project manage video products for other Old National departments, including Marketing and HR/Training. Also, the videographer will occasionally take photos in addition to video. Periodic travel throughout the Old National footprint will be required. 

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $51,700.00/Yr. - $101,500.00/Yr.. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project manage and produce video content for ONB social media channels, particularly Tik Tok, Facebook Reels and Instagram.
  • Coordinate and produce video for Old National’s annual Better Together Days volunteer blitz and other significant team member-focused events
  • Manage production of the Real-Life Finance podcast videos and promotional excerpts and other future podcast projects
  • Manage video production of various financial education-themed videos, including building and maintaining a library of short financial literacy videos for social media and other communications channels
  • Work with our ONB Influencers Group and other team members to produce compelling subject-matter-expert videos for social media
  • Collaborate with Human Resources/Training and client segment leaders to create recruiting, education, and training videos
  • Create and host team member training sessions as necessary to educate ONB team members on taking videos using smart phones, stressing best practice, editing, etc.
  • Develop best practices for videos, from conception to finished product, for the enterprise. This includes maintaining video standards and templates (lower thirds, intro/outro, music, caption styles, etc.)
  • Create “teasers” and short-form videos to complement Old National’s Insights articles
  • Create short-format animation for various internal and external communication needs
  • Build a robust library of b-roll to use as “filler” for our Communications and Marketing teams as needed
  • Catalog, organize and manage a robust video library and assets for easy access by other team members
  • Ensure accessibility for internal and external videos; provide expertise on video accessibility/sharing best practices.
  • Maintain production equipment and studio spaces and advise on current/future technology needs. Support live and hybrid events as needed, including multi-camera capture, livestream/webinar production, recording, and rapid-turn highlight edits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field, or must have equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of professional videography experience, ideally in corporate, agency, or broadcast environments, or working with such.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of corporate video work (executive messages, events, social content, training videos, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Familiarity with corporate brand guidelines and working within established visual standards.
  • Experience setting up and operating lighting and audio equipment for interviews and events.
  • Ability to lift and transport video equipment as needed (typically 25–40 lbs.).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (captioning, audio descriptions).
  • Certifications such as FAA Part 107 (for drone work) or vendorspecific video production certifications are beneficial.
