- Own website merchandising performance insights across revenue, conversion, AOV, sell-through, margin outcomes, traffic productivity, and category performance.
- Translate customer behavior, sales trends, inventory signals, and site performance into clear actions that improve business results.
- Establish a regular performance rhythm and communicate insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead the strategy for category shop experiences, including product exposure, sequencing, storytelling placement, taxonomy inputs, navigation, and discoverability.
- Partner with Brand Marketing and Creative to bring seasonal stories, product launches, category priorities, and customer inspiration to life on-site.
- Ensure Rejuvenation.com delivers a cohesive, brand-right, and commercially effective customer experience across categories and adjacent channels.
2) Financial performance accountability

4) Optimization, analytics & testing
- Establish a performance rhythm (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to review sales, traffic, and customer behavior.

- Drive continuous improvement through page refreshes, product exposure changes, navigation improvements, content updates, testing, and prioritization shifts.
5) Merchandising readiness, site standards & cross-functional execution
- Own merchandising readiness for key launches, seasonal moments, category initiatives, and marketing campaigns, including content readiness, shop placement, QA standards, and merchandising priorities.
- Define and maintain merchandising standards for category pages, product sequencing, storytelling modules, visual merchandising, and ongoing shop maintenance.
- Partner closely with Site Operations to ensure merchandising priorities, execution timelines, and customer experience needs are clearly aligned.
- Lead working sessions with Product Merchants, Brand Marketing, Creative, Inventory, and Site Operations to drive decisions and remove blockers
- Influence tradeoffs between storytelling, customer experience, product priorities, inventory constraints, operational capacity, and financial outcomes.
- Communicate strategy, performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations clearly to senior cross-functional partners.
- Lead, manage, and develop a growing team; set priorities, clarify ownership, coach talent, and build scalable ways of working.
- Build team capabilities in digital merchandising strategy, analytical thinking, business ownership, cross-functional influence, and execution quality.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, curiosity, speed, and high standards.
