This role sits within the North America Geo Sport Merchandising team, operating at the intersection of product, consumer insight, and marketplace strategy. The Lead partners closely with Geo Sport Planning and Geo Brand Marketing, Nike Direct, Marketplace teams, Integrated Account Teams, Sales Directors, Finance, Ops, and Global Sport Merchandising to shape the Jordan business across Owned channels.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You'll build consumer led Product lines for Jordan Sport across North America, that deliver on CFOP product engine business expectations. You'll translate insights into action, collaborate across functions, and lead through CODE moments of line planning.
You will:
• Partner across Nike Direct, Marketplace, Sport Merchandising, Planning, Sales, and Marketing to build multi-season strategies
• Help define and drive channel strategies grounded in capacity, tiering, and consumer opportunity
• Create channel-tiered assortments (Good/Better/Best) and lead head-to-toe merchandising strategies
• Ensure franchise health through clear assort, buy, and trade decisions
• Publish POS insights, deliver seasonal hindsight, and advise on invest/divest strategies with Marketplace Planning
• Represent the full marketplace across partners and elevate must-win insights to cross-functional teams
• Lead and inspire teams by fostering collaboration, clarity, and excellence across the matrix
