Brand Merchandising - Onsite
We are seeking a highly analytical and consumer-focused
Merchandising Buyer II to support the
Factory Stores Equipment & Accessories business. This role is ideal for a merchandising professional who enjoys working with large datasets, understands retail buying strategies, and is passionate about consumer trends and product merchandising.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Planning, Allocation, Operations, and Merchandising teams to make data-driven buying decisions that optimize inventory, pricing, promotions, and seasonal assortments while delivering an exceptional consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate merchandising strategies into actionable in-season and future assortment plans.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and consumer behavior data to drive merchandising decisions.
- Manage pricing, promotions, inventory, and tactical business actions.
- Support seasonal assortment planning and quarterly buy reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Allocation, Operations, and Merchandising teams.
- Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to maximize sales and profitability.
- Utilize historical data and retail analytics to support business decisions.
- Drive business growth through consumer insights and marketplace trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Merchandising Operations, Fashion, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Retail Buying
- Merchandising
- Retail Planning
- Product Creation
- Consumer Products
- Strong experience working with large datasets and retail analytics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of retail buying and merchandising processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
